So the party that believes "he declassified them with his mind" doesn't think the President should be allowed to use an autopen for documents?

I hope not, I kinda want to see how Biden was slick enough to pull off a corruption scheme with his son while also being so senile that people had to sign stuff for him

Like I said in another post months ago when his doctor said he was basically (his own doctor described Biden's mental state) non compos mentis to stand trail for stealing classified documents while he was VP.

The pardons will be null and void.

How anyone could prefer the incompetence and corruption of the Trump admin I'll never know. But to each his own, I guess.

Because the current regime offers more self-enriching, "investor"-fleecing cryptocurrency options?

well not really. The concept might be the same but DocuSign uses computer generated signatures, an autopen is the actual signature of the person who is in charge. Where the problem develops is when a person basically pretends to be the President and uses the autopen to sign legal documents that effect our Nations Rule of Law. So we have UNELECTED bureaucrats making decisions about our Country and pretending they were decisions made by the Prez. Sure sounds like FRAUD to me.

The autopen is a replica of the signature of the person in charge. I can set up Docusign to use a replica of my signature

The autopen has been used by many presidents and is was deemed legal by George W Bush's administration. Just a factoid.
