5/23/15 W 2 - 1 LSU / Freshman Mike Rivera snapped a 1-1 tie with a leadoff homer in the ninth inning as fourth-seeded Florida defeated top-seeded and top-ranked LSU, 2-1, on Saturday afternoon in the second semifinal of the SEC Tournament

5/23/14 W 5 - 1 Miss State / Coach's comments: It's one of those deals where you just try to play your best and hang on to play another day. I thought tonight was an all-around really good game. We had some really at bats, obviously [Harrison] Bader had a big night and Taylor Gushue had a couple of hits. Turgeon hit the ball hard multiple times and we did enough. The pitching was outstanding. Danny Young gave us a really good start and Shafer I think had his longest outing of the year.

5/25/14 L 0 - 2 LSU/ Head coach Kevin O'Sullivan “It was a great game. It's how a championship game should be. It was close on both sides. I thought both teams played outstanding defense. It just came down to one pitch. I'm really pleased with how we played this week. We lost that first game Wednesday to Kentucky, but we battled back to get to the final game. Tip your hat to LSU. It's good to be done with the SEC schedule, and we can play somebody else. We're looking forward to next week. We'll get back to Gainesville and practice on Tuesday.”

5/25/12 W 7 - 2 So Carolina/ Junior left-hander Brian Johnson (Cocoa Beach, Fla.) notched the first complete game of his career and was supported by an 11-hit offensive attack as No. 2 Florida (42-17) ousted No. 4 South Carolina (40-17) from the 2012 SEC Tournament, 7-2, on Friday night in front of 9,067 fans at Regions Park. Johnson (7-4) limited the Gamecocks to two runs on five hits and threw 89 pitches in going the distance. He also registered five strikeouts and permitted zero walks in the first complete game by a Gator at the SEC Tourney since Bryan Augenstein accomplished the feat in a 3-2 victory over Alabama on May 24, 2007.

5/25/11 w 7 - 5 Miss State/ With the Gators trailing by a 5-2 score entering the bottom of the seventh, senior Bryson Smith (Watkinsville, Ga.) was hit by a pitch and junior Preston Tucker (Tampa, Fla.) (2-for-4, two RBI) drew a walk from freshman Taylor Stark to cause a pitching change. Sophomore Luis Pollorena (6-5) came in for Stark (1.0 IP, 2 BB) and surrendered a single into center field to sophomore Mike Zunino (Cape Coral, Fla.) (2-for-5) that loaded the bases with none out. Johnson sent a fly ball into right field that appeared to be headed foul but instead cleared the right-field wall in fair territory to empty the bases and give Florida 6-5 lead. It was Johnson's fifth homer of the campaign, his third career grand slam and the sixth grand slam for the Orange and Blue this season.
