Not to mention I’m over the Tennessee slobber fest, it’s clear who TV wants to win and they are one cocky bunch that it feels like needs to be knocked down off their high horse.

Thanks Gal. You put in about as much work as anyone on the team year in and year out. When is the first practice?

It was a great ride. Thanks so much to Gatorgal for all of your hard work! Silver lining: LSU is not in the mix. Going forward, I'm for A&M to win it all, mainly due to how much I disliked the UT baseball team from a few years back and my general disdain for their football program and fans. I also have not built up any real animosity toward A&M, so there you have it. Go Aggies, but I won't watch the series.

Making the semifinals should never be considered a failure. What a great postseason run. It will be a long long time before we see another hitter like Cags, but we will see plenty of great Gators next year and beyond.

And thanks to all my GC brethren for being there through it all. I watched the games with my 11 year old son, so I wasn’t posting much, but I read a lot and experienced it with you guys. It’s a good community.

I do not like the aggies, their weird traditions, or their fans that scream at our coach that he’s a murderer during a game, but I hate Vitello and the Vols oh so much more. Please don’t let that asshole take home a trophy.

The only one worse than Tenn. coach is that a**hat at FSU. Glad he got sent home today. Go Aggies.

He could probably move into the top of the first if he can replicate his freshman year at the plate and continue to improve on defense. He does have two years of leverage. Who knows what will happen?

What a season. Never figured to be listening to the Gators play in Omaha. Phenomenal.

Thanks to GatorGal for keeping us and the game straight.

Great season as we should never take for granted how tough it is to get to Omaha. Congrats to the players and coaches, and thanks for taking us along on this magical run over the last three weeks.

Moving forward, it’s going to be an interesting offseason for sure. From who decides to come back to continuing to be active in the portal, Sully and the staff still have a lot of work to do in putting the finishing touches to the 2025 roster.

Thats kind of exactly how I feel. Like I'm offered a PBR or Natty Light but I really want a Stella, Corona, Pacifico or something so I just walk away and find a Woodford shot. Lol

I think I would like Link if he wasn’t a nole. Has he done something on Vitello’s level?

Isn't that what all sports fans do, as a sign of respect?

Whenever an injured player is escorted off field, the fans applaud. Not sure I'd infer something nefarious from that. It's usually a tip of the hat for the effort and the price paid.

No? What am I missing here?

No, I think you’re right. I read it as they were cheering the injury, but if they cheered as he was brought off the field, I do believe that’s customary. I could understand how it might not feel that way in the moment though.

I don't want to speak for 74, but I don't believe he's referring to them cheering for him being assisted off the field.

    Go GATORS!
