At this point we have to play’em one game at the time. Looking down the road will be nothing short of foolish. You say you live for the game so play it right—play it hard—play it like you love it.
I would like to see Cade Fisher start this game and go as long as he is effective. We need wins. No Johnny Wholestaff for this game like we usually do for mid week games.
Maybe winning only because the wind is blowing out to center is a cheap sort of victory, but at this point we just need any kind of victory we can get. Blow wind, blow!
Except starting Cade has generally resulted in Johnny Wholestaff too....his average outing for the season is 2.8 innings
I really thought he was one of the young dynamic pitchers in the SEC LAST year . I still believe in him. Got good stuff. Rushes front side a bit . Like to see him get a little more balance. Plus less stress on his arm
He has all the tools to be really good. Not an overpowering fastball but can move it up and down and in and out. Also has good secondary pitches. It is just when he misses he misses over the middle instead of off the plate. ARRGH! Scouts see something with him from the few that I have talked to. Not a first round pick but somebody they would take a chance on in later rounds. There is potential there.
4:00 start SUCKS! I will watch at home as both my wife and son have jobs and can't attend. Just a bit too late to ride my bike there as it might be dark riding home. I will ask some friends if they want tickets and I have good ones.

It should clear up fairly quickly, then it's just a matter of getting everyone their warm up time. Go GATORS! ,WESGATORS
I was hoping for Cade from the St. Mary's, Texas A&M and LSU starts. He went 5,6 and 5 innings and threw 100 plus pitches in each outing.
Don’t know that they’d even attempt to stretch him out that far since he’s been moved to the bullpen and we’ll likely want him available this weekend. He also just threw Saturday even if only a few pitches.
