Back from the game.

Sproat looked locked in for several innings but seem to lose focus in his last inning. It seemed almost unfair for him to throw curveballs for strikes on the first pitch.

Slater was depending too much on his fastball. Do I place the blame on Sully for that?

Good to see Purnell back out there and doing a good job. That will help him put last Wednesday night out of his mind.

Good to see Halter get some hits.

And why was Rivera held up at third when he clearly could have scored an inside the park home run?

I agree. crap base coaching there. Two outs we have lead, make them make that play.
