Abner grabbing too much plate with 2 strikes. Gotta be better and sure he will be. Our only question is our bullpen pitching wise. Abner’s outing sure made Sproat’s outing not look so good.

Like Jameson and Nesbitt a lot. Gotta get those guys innings.

A bit surprised by the Abner move. I had picked Abner as my first arm out of the bullpen for game one but changed it after I saw mostly RH hitters for CSU. I changed it to Ficc like everyone else. I guess Sully likes Abner no matter who he has to face.

 

Jameson yes but Nesbitt has been spotty in the preseason. I'd keep Nesbitt to no more than an inning at a time for a few appearances.

 

Looked just like last year tonight-let’s hope not and it was just a rough day.

 

The scorer shows it as a hit for now but a double is a bit kind. LOL

I agree. Think Tyler can be very effective for an inning. He will throw strikes, off speed stuff is really solid and gotta Remember that Gator line up he’s faced in preseason might be the best line up
He sees all year. Abner is one I’d be really careful with too. Glad Sully was quick with hook on Abner tonight. Don’t want his confidence to suffer.
