Facing OR again would be ideal, I can’t agree more. We ugly beat their best, I imagine rested we will perform better against the bottom of their tank.
Congratulations you’re a multitasker. I’m just happy I typed something whilst listening to the song Ocala posted lol.
In sports I pay most attention to softball and baseball college obviously but overall in all sports including mlb/nfl referring/umpiring has gone to poop. I’d use another word but I get in trouble for anything so poooooop.
Agree. Colby is the only guy I really see as an option to swap with Cade at the top of the order, but Colby has struggled in that spot previously. He’s on a terror right now, but he’s just that dude that makes things happen at the bottom of the order and I like him there. Only other real option, imo, is to just drop Cade down and slide 2,3 and 4 up, but we’ve done that also. I think Sully likes the order the way it is, and that’s just how it’s going to be. We’ll likely continue to see some personnel changes in the OF, but I don’t think the batting order is going to change much. Go eagles. Hope to see you again on Weds.
And now that there is legal betting in college sports... let me put it this way... sandbagging is an obvious art that not many can see. I can...
Imo obvious bias is out there and has been for a long time. So now it’s about money? Of course, most things are about money. It was always the money I guess.
2011, softball national championship up for grabs. UF (vastly superior team) lost to ASU. ASU didn’t beat the Gators, Chris Drumm umpire behind the plate also lifelong west coast softball lover won the championship for asu. Every umpire misses a call here and there. Her performance behind the plate in that wcws is the most egregious example of bias and corruption that I can think of. She still umpires today, shame NCAA shame
Both had one hit and one K tonight, so not much different. Cade had at least one more productive out. I don’t think there’s a huge difference in productivity there, just that Halter is playing above his level over the last couple weeks, and Cade is maybe playing below his. Colby is a grinder. I love him. I’m not gonna cry if he slides up top. I just don’t think it’s going to happen, and I think the potential upside is higher the way the lineup is now. Sully has made a bunch of moves in the last few weeks and has us in a position to win one more game and be in the championship series. I’m just not going to question the buttons he’s pushing right now. Let the man do his thing. Some folks will always be pining for roster moves and lineup changes. I’m pretty happy to just ride it out the way Sully puts it together. For better or for worse. This season, it’s mostly been for the better.
A very good post, I like and mostly agree. But you said go eagles earlier, I’m confused lol. Are you a Gator still or an eagle now?
Caglianone has now missed hitting a homerun in his last 6 games, his longest streak of the season. His previous high without hitting a homerun was 5 games which he did 3 times during the season. Obviously he is due but this is the post season. So let's hope we see him get it Wednesday and start a new streak.
I had to DVR the game, so I just finished. You guys really made that unnecessarily weird and dramatic, huh? Also, how the heck does the 6'7 lefty with electric stuff and a terrifying delivery end up at freaking Oral Roberts?
