Alls well that ends well. He is a great coach and we are happy to have him. Who’s to say Neely would have closed it out anyway. Coach Sully, you are forgiven; now go coach them up for Wednesday (particularly the top of the lineup that have not hit at all lately!)

 

Def a highlight for them, especially getting one against the Gator defense.

 

Stayed out of the game thread again during the game-I'm telling you, going back through it now is a hoot. LOL.

I’m guessing wing got pitch counted and had to retire to bed early.

 

We play Wed next. Pitching staff will be nicely rested.

So, help me out here... TCU and ORU have an elimination game. Is it still a double elimination for us vs. the winner of that one?

 

Outfielders in every game….all teams have had balls misplayed. Wonder if the backstop isn’t high enough or what but every game has had outfield miscues

Yes. Whoever wins between TCU and ORU must then beat us twice. We only need to win one more to advance to the best 2-of-3 championship series.

 

They had me sweating since I was too scared to watch the game. lol

 

Says something about this team not to play even close to its best ball and still win. Team of destiny.

These were the 2 most tense innings of watching Gator baseball that I can recall.

 

A win is a win even when it doesn't feel good. Kinda have to remind myself we won.

 

Its got to be. One, he’s third in the rotation, and two, who the heck else do we even have left?

 

The two times they had bases loaded I almost had a freaking embolism. I'm screaming, cat's up the curtains, wife is all nervous. Daughter is praying. My daughter said she prayed harder than the Oral Roberts lady in the stands on the TV, that's why we won.

Half hour after the game and I feel like I just missed getting hit by a semi on the freeway! Lordy... BP like 190/150
