I knew that having a team full of freshmen was going to be painful, but this season has been kind of like a breech birth.

What can you say.......I got nuttin". Hope they play better at home against SC? Right now I don't see us as a top 25 team. Oh wait that's negative.... If we keep playing like this we will surely be among the top 50 teams in college baseball. Yee Haw!

Part of the problem is that the SEC is so loaded top to bottom that a Top 25 caliber team can easily have a losing conference record.

Here's the line up I'd like to try today. If it gets out of hand again let Langworthy throw some.
    Young - LF
    McConnell - SS
    Nellie - DH
    Calilau - 1B
    Dalton - RF
    Reese - 2B
    Fabian - CF (if healthy)
    Acton - 3B
    Girand - C
Scott - P and Crisp in relief

Let’s not make excuses. We are not a top 25 team right now. We need hitting and pitching right now. Armstrong needs some AB’s and some of the young guys should take a break. I am not sure on who needs a shot pitching, but the guys who are not hitting need to sit.

Oh good Fabian is still in. Miozzi is the other choice at catcher so happy with that. Oh my this line up is some drastic changes. No Young and Acton bumps up to 2nd AB. Lefties batting earlier, maybe that could help. We will see. Really hope that Scott does very well with this crowd.

Don't forget Hunter McMullen in there as well. Right now it could be anyone in the line up for next year. Here's a name for you, Tyler Owens. Hope he doesn't go pro.

Always rolling the dice with guys like that. Our best chance is that a bad organization drafts him. Good for us, but sucks for him. I hope that doesn't happen, but if it does we are here welcoming him to Gainesville.
