You'd think the Miami fans would know better. They play the Baby Shark song, and y'all are Gator chomping, and then the game goes downhill for you!

    Series win is in hand!
    Series sweep would be gravy!

loved watching gator player reactions to their fellow gator clutch plays! They are having fun! Enjoying the play of their teammates. Can’t really ask for much more! They battled to the last strike, then seized the win! Love it!!

A great opportunity presents itself to our Gators for them to put a big exclamation point on a fine weekend—

Gear up and get it done Gators! Embrace the challenge!

He mentioned the rivalry goes back to the “Gator Flop”. Any idea what he is talking about?

Good reaction, tip of the cap to him. He accepted - that’s tough to do in a heated rivalry game, for sure. He’s gonna coach them up better on it. Something, I would image and hope, our coaches do too.

The University of New Jersey- Coral Gables enters this game with nothing to play for. The series is lost. Not even pride left to salvage.

A way to get John Reaves a record. Miami was playing slow and the Gators took matters into their own hands.

The best thing about winning the series is that Hunter Barco can just go pitch today! No pressure to win the series as we have that bird in hand!!! Go throw it well young man!

Barco's last game he came out with a pitch count around 40. I'd guess somewhere between 50-60 if he is doing well. If things don't go well I'm sure Sully will protect his young arm and mind.

Totally guessing, but for a freshman early in the year maybe 60? But having played 2 midweek games followed by 2 extra inning games, Sully may try and get him as deep as possible

But the pen is reasonably rested. Specht, Pogue, and Scott are out for today. Every single other arm in the pen is an option. No real need to push him imo.
