On to game 2. If we can jump out early, maybe LSU will concede again and throw more inexperienced pitchers. ;)

Really good to see our Gators swinging the bat better and with more confidence—

Let’s carry our momentum into the next game and take it to those corn dogs—

If people would just admit that the earth is actually flat we wouldn't have to have all these silly time zones, much less, daylight stupid time. Life would be so much easier. :devil:o_O

Then when you factor in the number of daylight hours in a day fluctuates all year long, and a person's preference is not only guided by their employment, family status, and sleep schedule...but also by latitude...it really makes the hour forward/backward change seem ridiculously unnecessary.

This sort of talk would have Einstein baffled. What if he conducted his famous simultaneous experiment on a train as it passed from eastern time zone to the central time zone??

This talk would especially baffle corndog batters! Brady Smith needs to give each a thought experiment as they come to the plate!

Butler clearly has a lot going for him at the plate, but it also looks like there are some holes in the swing. I worry about a lot of K's from him if guys figure him out.
Lang, Brady and Dalton all had great approach and put some great swings on balls last night

I agree. I think he’s taking advantage of the fact that there is no tape on him right now, and that’s fine. Kirbs and Armstrong have both flashed some potential for the dh spot and hopefully Nelly will be healthy again soon.

That Butler boxscore is very similar to what we have seen from Armstrong this year. 6 at bats, 3 hits and 3 K's. You take that....but does a good pitcher turn that into 5 K's?
