Thanks Gal, next best thing to being there (and without the drive)
A great mid- week bounce back. Good fight to come back and win this one.
Knights Travel to No. 5 Florida on Wednesday
Way to go Gators!
Didn't read the thread so sorry if this was already brought up, but if you already subscribe to ESPN and SEC Network through your cable/satellite provider you already get almost every Gator game included, just sign in to the app or visit their website. Currently there are no other Gator games scheduled for ESPN+ this season. There may only be a couple of other games that you might miss seeing without ESPN+. Now if you don't currently have the SEC Network then that's a different story.
I am proud our Gators fought back and showed their mettle—
However, I would also wish that ol’blue was forced to watch his ego trip with Dalton and Sully and attempt to justify his bs—
I know Art - he was at first last night not behind the plate.
Yeah, articles said Tipton. Radio crew said thigpen.
Let me give a shout out for Frosh third baseman Cory Acton.
It seems he is coming into his stride as a hitter. Now I am sure he has a ways to go but he starting to get hits for us and they have been valuable.
Acton was rated as high as Calilao as a hitter.
The few games I watched in fall and preseason, Acton stood out to me. He was tagging everything.
Really good to win some close games early. It will help us in the future. Go Gators!!
That may curtail future visits to Jax because of this crap officiating. Everybody loves beating the Gators. It’s always been like that. That dude will never be on the field with a U F team ever again
Umpires—kinda reminds me of back in the day—I was playing summer ball for American Legion Post #30 Albany, Ga., and we were playing Tallahassee Post#13 @ the old Centenial Field—
After an obviously bad call on “blue’s” part our HC, Bobby Gresham, stormed out of our dugout to challenge “blue’s ego—er—call”...
Yep, he got tossed—but up until and including today, that is the only time I’ve ever seen a coach not only thrown out of the game but also thrown out of the park, the city, and you guessed it—the state!!!
Umpires it seems have always really really been impressed with themselves—
The sad part of this story is that Centenial Field (an old Class D park) is now a city parking lot—
