Two embarrassingly bad teams, but the right team lost. As bad as FSU was, how does ASU only score 20 points off of 6 turnovers, one of which was a pick six? It seems impossible to be that inept offensively.

Because ASU was playing without 50% of its offensive production yesterday.

What a tool. Odell may look like a good guy and all but F$U has had a culture problem for decades. Other than Hole fans, Hole boosters, and the Tally PD he is the common denominator.
He may not be responsible 100% but sure as hell done nothing to fix it.
I would re-evaluate his employment at F$U if I was Norvell.

Always ready to do my job as a Gator fan. Some are sunshine pumpers, some deliver recruiting info, some know the ins and outs of the program. I make sure to remind them all that hating on the Holes is part of being a Gator.

Terry had to find some logical excuse for coming back next year. So he literally just dropped the ball at the end to kill any chance of victory. Gotta redeem himself!

BTW where was Hornibrook? Did he sit out the bowl game to prepare for the draft (a first-round pick)?

Seminoles can’t overcome 6 turnovers in Sun Bowl loss to Sun Devils
    By Luis Torres Sentinel
This was not how Odell Haggins wanted to end his second stint as FSU’s interim coach.
Haggins urged his team to end a 2019 season filled with adversity and distractions with a win. Instead, the Seminoles collected another frustrating loss during their final contest before new coach Mike Norvell takes over the program completely.

FSU could not overcome five turnovers by quarterback James Blackman, including a career-high four interceptions, and a struggling offensive line as Arizona State defeated the Seminoles 20-14 in the Sun Bowl on Tuesday in El Paso, Texas.

Wide receiver Tamorrion Terry fumbled with 1 minute, 18 seconds remaining in the game, the team’s sixth turnover, as the Seminoles were driving for the win. Kicker Ricky Aguayo had a 36-yard field-goal attempt blocked as well.
“I didn’t perform at the level my teammates needed me to perform,” Blackman said. “ gave the ball away too many times, and [you] can’t win games like that, turning the ball over consistently. That’s not good. That’s just a part of the inconsistencies I had this year, and it showed up today.”

The loss gave FSU (6-7) its second consecutive losing season. Haggins finished his stint with a 2-2 record after replacing fired coach Willie Taggart on Nov. 3.
“We turned the ball over, but we can play better.,” Haggins said. “We are going to play better.”

Can you imagine the terrible actions Odell has covered up or helped obscure? Talk about skeletons in the closet - this guy literally knows where the bodies are buried.

Probably why he will have employment there for life. He knows too much - Too Big To Fire

Haggins needs to look up the definition of the word “unconquered”. With 7 losses this year and back to back losing seasons, I’m pretty certain that is not the appropriate word to describe FSU football. Clusterf¥€£ may be a better description.

If I was Norvell, I'd give him a lifetime contract. And bring back Taggart as Director of Football Operations.

How high is the bar set at the SOW?

    Between 5-7 and 6-7.

Well, I have to believe they can be coached up by a good staff to go as high as 8-4 next season. They appear to lack coaching on fundamentals and discipline. But I would enjoy the angst is by providence they end up with another dismal season.
