All that extra practice time really paid off for them as they came out well coached and prepared again to hand the other team a victory...6 turnovers. You almost would think players on the team were throwing the game.

I haven't watched the game yet, however, 6 turnovers is very difficult to overcome. I'm not sure that many playcallers out there could put up more than 14 or so points with that many turnovers.

Gators threw 7 INTs against Kentucky in 93 and put up more points than that!

Literally, "Doering's got a touchdown" was replaying in my mind the entire time I was writing my response. But that kind of goes to my point: Even one of the greatest offensive minds of all time mustered a bit more than SOW did today. I don't think there are a great number of play-callers on the level of SOS. Certainly, God smiled on the Gators that night.

One of the worst played, most boring games I have had the misfortune to witness. But, there was the silver lining of their failure.

So, the state of Florida had six teams play in bowl games this year, and this is now they finished the season:

    1. Florida, 11-2
    2. FAU, 11-3
    3. UCF, 10-3
    4t. FIU, 6-7
    4t. Miami, 6-7
    4t. F$U, 6-7

    On the outside looking in:

    7. S. Florida, 4-8

South Florida better up their game and get on the good list and off the naughty list. This has to be embarrassing for them. On the bright side, it does give F$U an indication of how long it takes to recover from exposure to Willie Taggart Disease. Just think, F$U was a 1-point overtime victory against Louisiana Monroe from going 5-7 and missing the bowl game entirely (and going on the naughty list, which is where they belong).

Can you bet on potential names in the transfer portal in Vegas? If so, I'm going to mortgage the house on Blackman.

I think Twiggy is a Hole thru and thru. He comes back next year. Not like the NFL is an option.

Man, they remind me of where UF was just 5 years ago:

Just fired a coach who was in way over his head.
    Huge buyout.
    OL is a major problem.
    Bad QB play.
    Hire an offensive-minded, mid-major coach.

    Grab some popcorn.
