is scheduled to take a virtual tour today Friday the 15th. The talented recruit who can play at several positions is pegged as a LB'er. He is considered by some to be an Alabama lean but I'm told that he is not as sold on Bama as people think. Sorey's family and he himself have been longtime Gator fans. Here is his profile.
    6'3 215 4* with a composit score of .9694
    #65 NR, #5 OLB, #11 Florida, 247 ranks him #1 OLB and #4 in Florida #11 National
    HS: Graceville Fl.
    Recruited by Robinson

As with any other big timer, I’ll stick to my prescribed theory...the sooner the commit the better...the longer they linger the less chance we have. See Dexter as an example. Big timer that committed early and stayed with us throughout. Sorey is On the same level

I hope you’re right Bobby and you usually are but if Bama is involved I’d say we are second or maybe even third. If Georgia is right up there at the top then we are probably in second but we do have our chance coming up with the virtual visit. So often we hear how we “hit it out of the ballpark” and then the kid will go and commit on his very next visit. This is a kid that could be a game changer. He is that good of an athlete. I like your list a lot better than any list that includes Bama.

Atleast you know if we miss out on a linebacker, recruited by Robinson, we actually got beat out. We didn’t lose him due to incompetence.

Robinson needs to be PAID. Cannot let somebody like Kirby steal him

Don't have to worry about UGA, their LB coaches are the co DC so they'd both have to leave in order for us to lose CROB imo

The only two big time recruits that I can ever remember coming out of Graceville are Michael Clark and Neal Anderson. Both signed with Florida and had good experiences. Clark was a sometimes starter on the DL on some great Charlie Pell defenses and played for the 49ers for awhile; and Neal Anderson was Neal Anderson. Anderson was supposed to go to Bama, too. I remember when the Dothan, AL TV station came to Graceville and followed Bear Bryant around the school and town for a few hours when he came to see Neal. Don't count us out in Graceville.

I hope they give him a pay raise. If we lose him by trying to be cheap, I will lose my faith on CDM.

I agree. Its a little too much. I love CDM as UF's HC. It's frustrating. They pay Knox top 10 in the Country at his position. Why can't they pay CRob 2/3 of Knox salary? Knox can't bring top RB to UF. CRob can bring top LBs to UF and have done it. Just look at the ratings of the guys he recruited.

I completely agree and obviously over the next 1-2 years Robinson is gonna have to get paid. I wouldn’t mind him being convinced to stay around until grantham moves on become our DC or something. Give him whatever titles he needs and pay him lol.

IMG Bound means he’s either going to UGA/Bama..all jokes aside, may not be a big deal especially if Wilcoxson comes back into the class.

Bama places their star recruits at IMG so it looks like they are getting top FL talent.

Places like IMG should be disbanded, however in an age where all rulings go in favor of student athletes I’m afraid you will see more IMGs pop up and low level high schools lose all their talent to such places.
