Would be cool if Alex grabs the mic at the WH tomorrow and does a Jo-like "we back, baby"

I bet Jo's suit he wore at the draft could fit him. I say "let's have some fun Alex!!!"

Oh come on stretch your limits. Greatest classic rock album AC/DC Back in Black 1980. Van Halen a bunch of great early 80's stuff. Rush Moving Pictures and others. Great classic era made it a bit longer than the 70's.

How they run their guards is gonna be interesting. Theoretically, both Lee and Fland can play off the ball, though each is better on it. I imagine we run a lot more of our ball continuity stuff since both are effective on pick and rolls. I don't think we abandon our horns and zoom actions, because those create space for both of them to get downhill and score in the paint. Fland is definitely going to be the guy who pushes the tempo and gets us into early offense, while Lee is more of the kind who excels in the halfcourt late in the clock, where he uses his size to create space and has that great stepback.

It's kind of ironic that last year, we essentially played without a traditional "point guard" and this year we are going to run two of them for 60 minutes.

I realize this has some "afterglow" component to it, but it sounds like the swan song for Cal. About as damning a statement of his methods and results as there is.

Fortunately, Petty, Floyd, Dire Straits and a few others continued to carry Classic Rock through the, "Synth Eighties."

I agree. The Crew has been around almost 45 years. Young people probably dicovered them from Netflix. Although most people know them as one of the heavy metal hair bands of the 80s. I'm still à fan of them.

While I love the disco and hair band flashbacks, it’s a little hard to follow this thread. Could we actually talk about possibly the best transfer prospect we’ve ever had? This cat is a high school AA who was going for 15 and 5 as a frosh in the SEC while playing in one of the least functional offensive systems you will find at a high level program. If he stays healthy, he may be a mid first rounder in a loaded draft.

Todd's arc is incredible. He went from "Todd Who?" to the most talked about college coach in America in three years. There will be heads turning and fingers pointing every time he walks into a high school gym or AAU tournament.
    The SEC trembles.
