I hope both Wilsons get well enough to play before we play USF... for sure by the LSU.

This paragraph was a little tricky. But I think Dallas Wilson is the one that has the "small fracture" on the top of his foot, right?

Wide receiver Eugene Wilson III is considered ‘day-to-day’ while Dallas Wilson is considered ‘week to week’, according to Napier. Wilson III returned to practice in a limited capacity last Thursday while Wilson remains in a cast after suffering a small fracture on top of his foot.

Defense... sounds like they are ready to go right now... Love it.

I have to say that this is the most talent we've had on our team since the 2020 season,,, for sure, and this group has a chance to be even better. I can't wait to see this team play.

My concern remains with Lagway, yes he's progressing but it seems to me a quality qb has to have enough time to be in sync with the wr's. He had no reps during spring, and limited reps thus far without 11 on 11. Further more, he's had even less time with potential starting wr's who too have been injured. Keep in mind he is only a sophomore with not a whole lot of game experience. Like it or not there is a trend of injuries that seem to follow him which makes one wonder will he survive the toughest schedule in one piece? Will his shoulder or calf become a nagging injury? The other consideration is that he will face some of the toughest defenses whose DC's will have spent a lot of time in defending what he can do. They have film.
I suspect Nap too is greatly concerned especially since UF is expected to make some noise. No doubt finding the right second string qb is crucial. Frankly, I think he would love to see Jones Jr emerge who gives UF more of a dual threat.
