    She's hardly the only one who sees a connection. Many sources questioned the ethics of the transaction at the time of the gifting, positing that such a lavish gift would come with strings attached, or facilitate a closer, cordial relationship between Trump, and the nation he recently called "a traditional funder of terrorism."

    Hate? One could say you're blinded trying to make excuses for him when you know deep down who he is.
    IMHO he did this for them in return for a $400m plane. I'm sure you thought there an actual Biden crime family when there has been no link to confirm that either.

    Trump is like the bank robbers who said they targeted banks because that's where the money is. The Middle East is where the money and the gold palaces are, so naturally he has an affinity with them. They also lavish him with praise and extravagant gifts, while our traditional allies, like England, staged massive protests when he visited. NATO doesn't stroke his ego sufficiently, hence their relegation to the back benches.

    The Qatari's presence in Mountain Home might be benign. There's certainly more precedent for foreign militaries than I realized. But it's new, and jarring, and questioning it, given past relationships, is fair, imo.

    I don't know the Air Force and F-15 program very well, but my guess is it's classroom space and flight trainers that they bought from Boeing. It's not unusual to do this overseas but their may be some export controls that make it easier just to do it here.

    Neither does any president do anyone a favor without an “roi”. Believing otherwise is a continuation of being beyond ignorant. This is a facility a building or two on a US base for another mideastern country. It’s not unusual or nefarious just in you guys soft grey matter.

    The concern is that Trump is using US tax dollars as the "investment," and accruing the "return," to his own grasping self. He's very greedy, you know. He's monetized the presidentcy, usually selling Trump-brand junk to his more fervent supporters, but that he exploits and leverages his office in other ways, including foreign relations, is undeniable. The Art of the Deal, Executive Office Edition.

    Yeah because having allies is bad. It’s only the ones you approve of being the standard. Very inclusive. It benefits the country from having allies, no? No, just the I hate Trump mantra is a weak cover for things you know little of. You might want to do some more research before posting though.
