Are Democrats drunk on the Senate floor?

I didn’t get my right shoe unclipped as I was stopping on an incline and fell with my bike about an hour ago. You know it’s coming and it’s a slow “oh hell” moment. So it goes. It’s not horrible for us to get a chuckle at our own or someone else’s minor faux pas.
