I love how the called the superintendent for an explanation when it was clearly Jake breaking the law.
Pretty much defines big time college football.

Jumping the fence was dumb. Making a big enough stink about this where the police was ultimately called was dumb.

But nobody gets thrown in jail for this.

Considering the reason for the school shutdowns, Fromm is a selfish asshole for breaking the health rules for only his own benefit. Here in Florida the kids are flocking the beaches and thumbing their insolent noses at all efforts to contain this virus. What Fromm did falls into the same category. They should make a social example of him, but of course in Georgia they won’t

When I read the title I panicked a little because I thought I had clicked on Too Hot in error.

So the nationally known UGA QB jumped a fence to get into a stadium to throw a football around with some other guys.
That stadium was his own HS- where he himself played. He was caught, and reprimanded.
That same QB has been a model of good character- at all times.

I hate UGA as much as anyone, but I just can't summon any outrage over this.
And I still think Fromm is a good guy who went to the wrong school. (Glad he's gone!)

Whether a Gator would have been arrested for this- if in Gainesville, probably.
That doesn't make it (that arrest) right.

Man I can hate UGA with the best of them - but outrage over this? Jail? Come on!

Insecure dwag fan comes running, per usual.

And...the op is much ado about nothing. Even in Gainesville, this is likely a citation or trespass warning. As long as nothing was broken, I hardly see any nfl bound local getting arrested for hopping the fence to work out at citizens field.

The problem there is there is no statewide uniformity in the rules. What was verboten at his first location was perfectly fine in the next county over, where he ultimately got the workout in.

I’m on the record as glad I don’t have to see “third and Fromm” again. He saved his best play calls and most accurate throws for 3rd downs vs, the Gators. Could care less about where he works out, throws to or ends up playing for.

Fake rage here. Big ado about nothing. If it was anyone other than Fromm, this wouldn't make the topic list here or a news article anywhere.

    Nothing to be outraged about.

Plenty to chuckle at UGA fans about.

My question is: Can you only throw a football in a locked stadium? So I looked this place up:
