Auburn feels like they're in good shape for 5 star PF Julian Phillips so I'm hoping between him and the 5 star Center that signed with Auburn - it will deter Broome from Auburn to UF.
Broome enjoyed his visit, decision coming soon. We just have to wait and see. As of last night the staff felt good about our chances.

The longer he keeps searching, the more the bids will be countered. I hope we counter, but something makes me feel, that until he signs somewhere, it’s all about the money. Nothing has changed in the landscape except there are more people playing. Add all these bids to agents, coaches, friends and possible handlers, that if we don’t want to fold early, we up the bid to ridiculous. The new recruiting age where money is the basis for picking a team. Now politicians are happy that recruits are now just greedy and as for being a student, forget about it. Auburn is going in home with Broome. They are NOT giving up even though they signed a 5 star out of HS. I hope we can get an in home too, because this kid is very much wanted by multiple programs. Still very much up in the air.
Come home Johni. Really really hope he picks us. If he does, imo Florida immediately becomes a top 25 team going into next year.
