I just got a voicemail from the City of Jacksonville(FL) that there is an "air advisory" issued for this weekend.

Anybody know why? Is it the sand cloud from Africa?

    I live in Yulee.

    Just curious.

I live over in Jax Golf and CC on Hodges. It was crazy Saturday morning. The visibility was bad and the air was heavy and more difficult to breathe. Amazing to think of the origins of this and now where it is impacting things.

Bright and sunny here in Gainesville and it's getting hot as blazes. Started out unusually cool so maybe it's moving out. 105 heat index with a 92 degree actual temp. Good thing we have A/C and ceiling fans.

We just returned from a St Augustine Beach vacation. During a fishing trip on Friday, we were ~30 miles out and water had a brown dusty film on it, like pollen.

Fish those pollen lines. They often hide bait which attract gamefish
