Lol... Matthews already points out what's wrong in Napier's offense. He could probably teach coach a thing or two... But you're right, he will not coach because he would rather play golf, and I don't blame him.
His most recent video on YT is the Orange and Blue game breakdown from this spring. https://m.youtube.com/@TheGatorNationFootballPodcast/videos
Bill Parcells: "You are what your record says you are." BN record at UF, 11 wins and 15 losses. 5 wins and 5 losses in the Swamp. Nobody has to fear the Swamp anymore, and that bugs the crapola out of me!
They are still around. You can tell James hate this offense. He had hope for the defense. He sees the writing on the wall.
Their podcast is up, I think usually the film review came out Wednesday, may be behind due to holiday too.
Talked to a former player who was at the game. His statement was “we have more talent than we showed on the field.” The coaches jobs are to maximize performance and ours minimize it.
Oh he hates BN's grammer school attempt at running a Sean McVay offense. Biggest criticism is having bunch sets where our receivers run individual routes rather than trying to get picks/traffic or create confusion.
On the pod, something to the affect of, We’ve talked to Billy several times, he believes n his system and in his play calling. He’s going to play 12 personnel and run up the middle. It’s a shame because he sucks at it”
What Shane does best is he points out the little nuances and that have to be well executed to make a play work. A good eample was the receiver not running the route to the left goal post. He mentioned multiple points like that in this podcast. His points have me wondering if Napier is aware of the of what Shane is pointing out. I am sure that Napier is clueless because we have seen the same shit for three years.
