Talked to a former player who was at the game. His statement was “we have more talent than we showed on the field.” The coaches jobs are to maximize performance and ours minimize it.

 

Oh he hates BN's grammer school attempt at running a Sean McVay offense. Biggest criticism is having bunch sets where our receivers run individual routes rather than trying to get picks/traffic or create confusion.

I know people on here hate him, but I find this stuff cathartic and informative.

 

What Shane does best is he points out the little nuances and that have to be well executed to make a play work. A good eample was the receiver not running the route to the left goal post. He mentioned multiple points like that in this podcast. His points have me wondering if Napier is aware of the of what Shane is pointing out. I am sure that Napier is clueless because we have seen the same shit for three years.
