On this date, 3/29/14, our Gators beat Dayton to advance to the Final Four! I sure loved that team.

Ugh. I was there.... a few rows up, sitting next to the O’Connell family, and the Wilbekins. I had a great seat to watch a horrible game. That was a huge bummer.

Watching that had me looking up Michael Frazier. He is bouncing around the g-league. His decision to bolt was one of the stranger ones.

Totally forgot about him! Great shooter, definitely one of my favorite players, so reliable. Agree wish he would have hung around. May have ended better for him, definitely would have been for us!

I can only presume he didn’t like playing for Mike White! ;)

Prather had one of the best Gators single seasons I’ve watched. He was phenomenal. One of my all-time favorites. Such an explosive player.

The development between his freshman and senior seasons was remarkable.

He and Wilbekin should have been NBA draft picks.

Lol..they sure blew the hell out of aTm that year though. One of the best defensive games I have ever seen. We held them to 36 points. I mean that is insane. Teams usually score more than that in a half let alone a game. Sheesh.

Loved he and Scottie. True examples of development. Scottie was a true general and leader. Don’t see many like him anymore.

Prather shooting over 60 percent as a full-time starter and 6'6 wing is still one of the weirder and more underrated recent Gator basketball accomplishments. Dude just had an impeccable sense of the shots he could make and didn't take the ones he couldn't.

Most teams have an Achilles’ heel that with the wrong matchup can lead to a loss. you are spot on that quick guards gave that team fits, but we had a damn tough team. I want us to get back to playing like that - tough, disciplined, and playing to the best potential of the players we have. If we do that then there is no cause to complain.

He became really good in the G League. H also got 13 games in with Houston, but he is back in the G League.

That was a really enjoyable team to watch. Prather looked like he was going to break out every year but never had the consistency until year 4. That was a guy who really benefitted from sticking it out all 4 years.
