No turnover and no sacks by either team in the first half. Completely different game than last week. It’s weird but that’s the sign of good teams.

I would love to hurt Beavis this half, I am not talking injury where he can not play, but bust him the mouth over and over and over....

We are a second half team and we get the ball. Our adjustments are always good. We shall see.

I'm most happy with our discipline this game. Playing hard and no stupid, momentum shifting or drive killing penalties or anything so far. We looked focused and poised. Now let's make some adjustments on Defense and take it to them this half!!!!!

Pitts was a known commodity before this game. He's simply a mismatch..FINALLY we have a mismatch on Offense that actually benefits us. I think we keep going to him

If the second half goes like the first, things will get really interesting. I don’t know if Grenard’s ankle can be helped during half time, but we really need him. LSU’s offensive line is doing a great job and we need to get more pressure on JB.

The sort of good thing is that the LSU defense is spending a lot of time on the field. The bad news is that LSU’s offense is too rested. They are on the field just a short time before they score. We need to get more pressure on JB so we might get him to make a mistake.

It is important for us to continue to be efficient when we have the ball and to eat up clock. We cannot afford to give up any picks or fumbles.

It could be that we trade scores for the rest of the game. I am glad that we will get the ball first in the second half.

Definitely a world of difference between Champ and Mac coached Gators

    It IS the coaching!!!

So much more disciplined, playing with a purpose, no bonehead celebrations

The defense is just not comfortable and settled. Not have Greenard & a healthy Z crashing from the ends makes a big difference. If Gran goes to a blitz heavy attack, that’s exactly what LSU wants and they will burn him. Not sure what the answer is, but please knock Burrow on his rear end!

well said Til. We need to knock some gear into him. Load the box and send the safeties on first and 10.

The previous coaches were the problem. Mullen is the answer.

We need to take the second half KO and score a TD. It would be nice to be playing from the lead and not catch up. Fun game.

If we can sustain drives and keep up on the scoreboard, it’s going to negate LSU’s clear offensive advantage. I like what one of the announcers said earlier- LSU is in a Lamborghini and we’re in a Mack Truck, but we’re both getting to our destination.

It’s going to come down to somebody’s defense making a play at some point, or it’s going to come down to who gets the ball last.
