Correcto Mundo... We all need to remember that because of the portal, MUCH more is possible now. We may not end up as the final choice with a 5-Star recruit this signing period but we may have come in second. After a year with another school, that recruit will come back around to Florida? Personality differences with a position coach, home sickness, cold winters, etc, etc all play a part. Not to mention these players watching Florida gaining success in their style of play and winning games this year.
He is actually from Oklahoma and just playing two years or so at IMG in Florida. Thus the okie lean. Less likely he’d transfer out of Okie though I suppose anything is possible.

They haven't yet proved they are a competitive football team yet under coach Venables. Lincoln Riley is gone. Venables 1st year as coach wasn't any better then ours. 6-7 and finished 3rd to last in the conference , below Kansas even.
I went and watched Air Noland (Langston Hughes High School) play against North Gwinnett in a scrimmage last night. As I was leaving at halftime, the team was walking to the locker room. I stopped him and talked to him for a minute. Told him I was a Gator fan and asked him about Lagway. He said Lagway is the real deal. He’s going to be better the AR. btw - Noland is a left handed Chris Leak. The kid throws the prettiest passes and he dropped some dimes last night.
I'm tryna dig and see if there's any validity to Bam Bam Mincey to Miami smoke that's been bubbling over the last 24 hours. Would be the first big LEGIT "whiff" this cycle if that were to happen.
From what I understand the staff still feels confident, but yeah, there is definite interest there. Don’t understand the decision if he does go that way. UM really doesn’t have much to offer.
