Come on Skink - this is their moment and some of em like to squeeze the last ounce of anticipation and juice out of it they can. Like the kid last year that had 4 hats (including UF) on the table, put them all on and took them all off, including Miami',s and then reached under the tablke and got another Miami hat. that and i hate when they have a top 5 and 2 of those schools are schools they aren’t considering (or those schools aren’t pushing for them), just wanting to add them as a way to boost their stock and suspense. See kids all the time offered (not even a commitable offer, just a “hey we notice you, keep working hard” offer) by a big school as a freshmen/sophomore but the school never seriously recruits them when they’re a junior or/and senior but then want to include them when they commit to another school. “John Doe Commits to Iowa State over Bama and UF and Clemson and UGA” lmao
I’m all for these kids making the most out of the experience they’ve been blessed with (and worked hard for). Take the visits and soak it up. But I’ve never been one for the ‘look at me’ drama and especially the trolling. When you see a kid who’s an obvious talent come across with respect and humility it’s so refreshing. Gotta believe those guys are better for the locker room chemistry too
That TE room intrigues me too. I say convince Odom he is a wr and get him to commit by hook or crook. As is Boardingham and Jackson are the only mismatches we will have and not getting a combo blocker/receiver in Matthews hurts. Livingston needs to give us some hope.
Wasn't the word that UF wanted him at WR and he wants to play DB? We'll see Saturday I suppose but I think it's Bama. Hope i'm wrong
I like our chances here but it's hard to bet against Bama. Especially with there numbers so low right now they may go all in.
