“Glue” or “Grit” Halter is super important to next year’s success.
Sully said early before anyone knew Josh would put up all American numbers that Josh was a leader and someone that everybody looked to, Halter is that same guy.
Halter worth his weight in gold for so many reasons.

Halter will be 22 almost 23 next draft and that matters to scouts and MLB teams. I was expecting him to have a break out year this season after his All-Star summer on the Cape in '22 but it didn't happen and (hope I'm wrong) but I can't see Colby having the kind of year that Josh had. Limited power and .260 position player? If he wants a shot at pro ball this might be his opportunity- although it would be great to have him back.

Yes, the first comment was the start and should not have been allowed to remain. Not sure that called for an answer but, it was out there and should have ben deleted if we are going to keep this just about baseball.
