Yep. I used to love starting the regular season against um, and closing it out with fsu.

Miami adds NOTHING to our strength of schedule. Let them whiter on the vine and die a slow death as an ACC basement dweller.

However, beating the crap out of the pUke has a certain appeal to me. Lol. :D

A commit that wants multiple schools to choose from on ESD is not technically a commit any longer. It is what it is.

im not including you, just a general “yall”. And that point i made still stands. I would love to keep our OOC to only instate schools

He's a paper billionaire. Its mostly in stock. Its not like money in a CD somewhere earning 5% interest. I'm not saying he's not rich, but his fortune goes as his company does and he has done a lot of shady stuff with a public company's money. Investors may get fed up.

Probably going to have to when the SEC expands to a 9 game schedule.

I like him a lot because he is a bruising runner, but if I was to compare him to someone on our roster, I would consider him a bit slower Montrell Johnson.

How much can we pay for that? I'm all in for using the portal for the 4th RB slot if we can convince someone to compete for time with Etienne and Johnson. If there was someone out there with some homerun hitting speed that can block (sorry, Lingard), I would much prefer it over Fletcher.

That's way too many rivalry games in one calendar year (or instate games the other team will be really up for). You have to consider that once we get Texas and Oklahoma in the SEC, we will probably have one of them each of the first 4 years they are in the conference. That's just what the SEC does to us, as they did when aTm joined the conference. I don't think the SEC will want us to lose the LSU games because of the number of eyeballs on screens for that one. It's only get harder for CBN to have an impressive record as Tenn and SCe recruit better now and always want a piece of us.

He also owns Cigarette boats which is private and valued over ~$100m and has his hands in multiple VC firms and ventures.

MSPR aside, he's just a dude who's supporting his team and has the fuckaround money to do so. If I was in a similar position you can bet I'd be the world's biggest troll to rivals. Don't hate the player, hate the game.

It's also my understanding that UFAA "excommunicated" many of the boosters we had that were willing to play the game and get their hands dirty.

Going through multiple coaches now that are yielding similar results tends to point more towards a top-down institutional issue than a staff's recruiting ability.

this here. Would have loved to have Fletcher but when it’s all said and done…if you have the OL, doesn’t really matter who’s at RB. As long as they have vision and toughness to hold up in a zone blocking scheme; something Nayquan lacked, then you’re good

Fletcher would've been nice but If we were going to pony up a ridiculous offer for an additional RB, throw down for Baxter instead.

No doubt that he is loaded enough to dazzle most recruits.
Do tell. Has this been a recent occurrence?
It has been my contention for some time that if we didn't see an order of magnitude jump in recruiting with the new coach that it wasn't a coach/recruiting problem, it was an administration problem. If so maybe we shouldn't be blaming Muschamp, McElwain, and Mullen for the poor recruiting they did. We get a new Administrator at the end of the month. Do you have any predictions on whether that will change things?

    Bingo!

Saban, Kirby wouldn’t have done as well at UF as they have at Bama and UGA. Mario wouldn’t have a top 3 class.

Let's start a rumor here, right now.

The reason Fletcher went to Miami is because Baxter is coming to UF!

Muschamp said something about the players dorms and locker rooms when he first got to USCe (something about, it's sure nice to be at a place that has nice locker rooms and dorms) and Mac called out the admin in that post game interview after we beat Iowa in the Outback Bowl and now Mullen saying what he said. Can't win if the people up top aren't all in as they want you to be
