Which is why what recruiting services say about kids is one piece, albeit important, of the whole information pie. Half the raters never even see the kid play or at a camp. If one guy goes nuts or knicks a kid, the others give the analyzer too much cred. Snow ball effect. Plus it is hard to project what an 18 yr old may look, think, act and play like in the next 12-48 months. If Mullen quit coaching and started working for a recruiting service, my guess is his opinions would be followed more than someone maybe working for any of these services now. I don't know why that should change if Mullen is still coaching a team like the Florida Gators. Our staff sees a lot of good in this kid now and project him even better in the future, especially when he starts eating and training right for perhaps the first time in his life. Welcome to Gator nation young man!
