UF Women win it and men finish 2nd. Overall 2nd. Tied winner Tennessee in total points but when you account for differential in total SEC sports team competed we barley lose out on Overall 1st place. We are gonna finish top 10 for sure in the directors cup too, and good shot at top 5. Results get posted next Thursday, for all but baseball. Going into track, UF was actually ahead of last years pace by 8 points and both teams should pick up nice points today and tomorrow. Last year they pulled 150 combined, with a seventh and fourth. a whole bunch of sports performed better this year than last to offset the big football, men’s tennis, men’s indoor track and basketball losses. Women’s indoor track, women’s tennis, volleyball, gymnastics, men’s golf, softball, baseball, women’s swimming all improved this year. And still room for the two outdoor track teams to as well.
