Yep. Rainey was essentially a specialist his entire career because he couldn't put on functional weight. The bits I've seen of Bowman, he looks like a sturdy frame kid, and of the same body type as countless other highly productive, top shelf college RBs in HS.

Bowman isn't going to be a bruiser, but not a flyweight like Rainey either. Dare I say more like a Travis Etienne...

Cook had some crazy balance. It use to amaze me how guys would try and blow him up, only to see him get stunned for a half second and take off again. I remember a hit in particular by Neal in 2015. Idk who to compare his running style to honestly.

I watched Cook play against Manatee and he's a completely different RB from Bowman, In that he was a inside/outside back and even though Manatee beat Miami Central that night, he and Yerby were both running stronger in my mind in the 4th QT

The QB from Eastside is a big Kid. and faster then Tebow. No not saying he's another Tebow except size wise.

Yep. Cut in that NickyFitz mold. Would complement a guy like Bowman nicely in the backfield. QB as the short yardage guy is always the ace up the sleeve advantage in this offense.

Not a power runner like Tebow though. Has more speed though.

I'm speaking on measurables, not comparing how they run on the field. Even with that, they're are TOO far off in how they get their yardage

Who did have Tebow's power? If he's close will be big help on 3rd and short.

Where is knighton on your list, if at all? Just curious since the noles landed him. Not sure how much interest we had in him, but curious where people would place him as far as ranking amongst the 2020 RBs.

I think Scott would be a very good inside runner. A little small height/weight-wise but way stronger than his size might indicate. His HS film shows plenty of ability inside the tackles, and doesn’t go down with arm contact.

Yea i didn't include him because I don't think there was mutual interest but I would rate him neck and neck with EJ.

The staff is not as high on Scott as the message boards. He's is as strong as an ox. He has good vision and runs very balanced. The tape I saw, he's a liability in the passing game - both blocking and receiving, so he's not real versatile. He also has carried the ball 30 times a game at the HS level since the 8th grade - and will do so again - so that's a negative. To me he'd be a stud in an offense like Georgia Southern.

Tebow was the topic on the one I reply on. Someone said Richardson did not have Tebow's power. Put the smoke down, or give me directions.

Remind us of the reasons why multiple credible people here on GC seem to think Bowman flips to UF?

I think it's more than that. Kid's from a Gator stronghold with a bunch of Gators in his ear. If I was a CU fan I would be pleasantly surprised he signed with CU. I would not be thinking the Gators are crazy to think the kid might flip.

Different ways to define power. Few QBs could run after contact than Tebow but Richardson has more pop at the point of contact, speed plus size and power. He's a better breakaway threat than Tebow. IMHO, Timmy got a little too confident about his running ability in has last year at UF. His ypc went way down and he sometimes took off running before finishing his reads. I like what I've seen of Richardson taking off, then throwing the ball from a dead sprint. He still needs to work on accuracy.

Agree. I really think we got a good one in Richardson. Could run for 1000 in this offence
