Hey .... a little off topic but do tell .... do you drive a 350Z diesel conversion???

I've been looking at the 370Z convertible but wife wants a Z4.

I may have to compromise and get this: :D

I have looked at them. Something to consider would be buying one of the new Miata RFs and have it supercharged. However, being a "Scotsman" ... I have a really hard time buying a new car, boat, motorcycle.

    BW, love your Zcar. I've owned a '78 280ZZ and '83 280ZX 2+2. Wish I still had the '78.

For a true frosh, this kid's film looks good. I'm assuming that he's playing against very weak competition. If not, he's amazing for a frosh.

He's playing for Hoover so I don't think it was weak competition.

Aren't we still interested in Harrison Bailey?

We are but he's showing more interest in UGA and possibly Bama. One particular poster tends to believe he's headed elsewhere.

Isn't he more a pro-style? He's been a heavy UF lean since his name popped up on recruiting services. But w/ the coaching change, he may not be a fit.

I'm curious if there's a 2020 QB lean to us right now (i.e. who is Mullen's primary 2020 target?).

Glad Robby got his offer and hope he works out for the Gators!

He is considered a pro-style QB but I have concerns about only recruiting those duel threat types. I've seen very few who possessed the vision and throwing mechanics of NFL caliber QBs. There are plenty of pro style QBs who have more than adequate athleticism to run a spread offense. I don't know all the backstory but I'm still puzzled by the decision to back off of Corral to get Jones. Athletically, they're almost identical. There's no question in my mind that Matt would have been able to run a spread. He was an excellent roll out passer and had even quicker feet than Jones. I'd hate to think we're going to ignore QBs like him focusing only on duel threat prospects. We've been on Harrison for years. His interest in other schools might very well be a lack of interest from UF's new staff. Yea, I miss Tim Tebow. But I miss guys like Leak and Grossman just as much. We may never see that kind of passing skill as long as Mullen is at UF.
