I remember the punter tripping him a couple of times too
It got to the point it was about ridiculous to kick it to him. Looked like the strategy was kick it to him and hope for a penalty flag.
06 against UT was when James first broke out. Me and my homies was like "who the hell is that?!?!?!".
And 90% of them were BS. So many shoulder/shoulder's called as a BITB it was infuriating.
I know Graham was given a scholarship as a returner, but I'm just going over film of Graham and Britt, as they are the two most likely to be turned into a WR given the numbers we face. I can only guess why he's penciled at CB (granted way down the depth chart). The kid looks really good as a slot WR, and if given the chance I could easily see him starting as a junior or senior.
Britt on the other hand looks better in the secondary.
This is true. And when Tennessee couldn't tackle him they resorted to tripping him. Whatever it took to get him on the ground.
Damn. I should read further before I post. Lol
And we only took BJ so we could get his brother Jacques Richardson..Funny the way things work out.
Was it Rickerson?
Yes. Auto correct must have gotten me.
I can't believe I remembered such an unimportant thing as that. I really need to re-evaluate what I put in my brain and what I don't.
It is amazing the mind-numbingly unimportant knowledge we store in our brains. You probably remember his last name because he was so effective while st UF! LOL
Yeah, him and Steve Shipp!
Oh boy. Lets not go there brother!! Lol
Dont forget Bobby Sabelhaus
Best quote on a kid I ever heard was a coach talking about him after he came to UF: “Looks like Tarzan. Plays like Jane.”
Andy Staples wrote a good piece on him...
