    2019. Gator Commitment.
WR Arjei Henderson. 6-1 184. Fort Bend Travis High School.
    Richmond, Texas.
    **** 1.3.2019. Gator Commitment.

2019 WR from Texas who recently decommitted from Oklahoma is hoping to visit UF this month. Looks like a good prospect. Anybody know anything more this?

All I've read is that he likely won't qualify. That's all I've read though.

I’ve read he really liked the Briles hire @ FSU. Briles knows Texas. Henderson is a good WR from the state of Texas. I would not be surprised if he ends up at FSU.

If he’s sketchy to qualify, the FSU may be a likely destination.

Does that mean he doesn’t qualify for uf bec his grades and scores aren’t good enough but could qualify for FSU and tenn? How much higher are our admission standards compared to every other program in the sec (except vandy) and FSU/miami

Yes, FSU and UM have taken kids that could not get into UF in the past. We can’t even allow kids to take an Official visit unless they have an opportunity to enroll. Admissions/Registrar will not allow.

LSU, Ole Miss, and West Virginia are schools where kids with grade problems really have a chance to enroll

If you breathe and play sports good. You qualify at cesspool.

And don't care about authority. We can't forget that one either.

He is most likely to announce and secure a spot for fsu but will take visits. UF is waiting for his transcript from Jan.

There's not a huge differential between not being admitted to UF as a student/athlete and not qualifying by NCAA's standards. UF admissions gets a little picky about core credits and GPA but not test scores. Finish with a 2.5 and a 17 or equivalent SAT score and you're good to go. Get much lower than 2.5 and you're on the outside looking in. I doubt fsu is much lower. I'm surprised that Miami is that lenient since the school is harder to get into than UF.

C'mon, Miami is not harder to get into than UF. I'm aware of several HS kids that didn't get into UF but we're accepted at UM.

From personal experience I can confirm this. UF is harder to get in to, scUM is harder to pay for.
