Fall Ball officially starts Friday, Oct 11. I'm going to reserve this thread for posts that provide info on practices and subsequent questions/comments. Each week's schedule will be posted on Florida Gators - Official Athletics Website by Friday the week before.

Fall Exhibition games (there will be separate game threads for these) will be:

Friday, 11/1, 6:30 pm vs. GA at Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville. $15 ticket includes game, after-game concert by Brett Young and fireworks. Tickets go on sale Sept 3.

Sunday, 11/10, at home vs. USF. Doubt there will be a cost.

This is just the second year of having fall exhibition games. So far there have been just 2 each season.

    Tickets are being sold here:
Bold City Bash: FL vs. GA Exhibition Game & Brett Young Concert

I suspect this link eventually goes to ticketmaster.

Just found out today that the Dugout Club is buying a block of tickets and offering to get a bus trip together if there’s enough interest. I’ll post here if they open tickets and/or bus to the public. I’m going on the bus as I’m not thrilled about driving up there on FL/GA weekend. I expect it will be pretty crazy.

Will post PBP at the game.

    It all begins Day 1—

    Start hungry—Stay hungry...

Always want to be the one that toes the rubber with the game on the line—Always want to be the one that the ball’s hit to with the game on the line—Always want to be the one stepping up to the plate with the game on the line—

Don’t know any other way to play the game—

The game don’t scare’em—everybody else has to find that out....

I’m off Monday, have appointments, but am hoping to get there for the first practice. If not, will stop by Tuesday after work.

Anyone have any idea about parking for Monday? Is it a regular day on campus and where should one park to not get a ticket if I can make it?
Looking more like I can make it.

I have been parking in the track lot at 3:05 to watch WBK practice, so far no problems (knock on wood!) one of the WBK admin staff told me the parking police stop monitoring the lots at 3:00, the signs all say decal needed until 3:30. I plan to park in the track lot ans just walk up the hill and cme in through the back gate, it is about the same distance as parking in the ODome lot. I wondered about parking in Fla Vet but last time I was there and checked that area no cars were parked there, I took that as a sign and found another spot.
