UF - 24
Da U - 10
Christmas is almost here!!!!
Do we feel like there will be a split of fans in the stadium like is typical for FL/GA? Our tickets are technically on the "Miami" side, and I'm curious about how obnoxious my experience might be. I'm hopeful Gators fill the whole dang place and make it a practical home game.
I don't, 2 - 1 Gators. Orlando is big time Gator, maybe the "most" Gator outside of Hog Town.
I expect the O&B nation will represent very well.
Hard fought defensive struggle first half.
Gators will grind the life out of them as the Cane offense continues to struggle the second half.
I see it something like this too
Hurricanes have named #15. Jarren Williams 6-2 210. RFR. as their starting QB.
Transfer Options For UM QB #18. Tate Martell since he lost out as UM starting QB.
Tate Martell: Five Transfer Options After Losing Miami's Quarterback Battle
ESPN’s College GameDay will kick off the 2019 season at Disney World’s Magic Kingdom ahead of the UF versus Miami game Aug. 24 at Orlando’s Camping World Stadium.
The Gators and Hurricanes matchup — their first since 2013 — will assume centerstage as the first high-profile game during the 150th season of college football.
FWIW....I will be putting up a "predict the score" thread, as I do every year, later in the week.
Been enjoying watching the Canes' only 12 existing fans invading social media Gator pages and talking up how "dominant" Miami's defense is and how UF's OL is going to be so bad.
I'd been keeping out of it for the most part (and here too about what I firmly believe to be Miami's overrrated defense).
But it amazes me that Miami fans think their 7 - 6 team from last year, who's wins all came against below and barely above .500 teams with exception of FIU (I'm not even including 1-A Savannah St)... a team that got thoroughly beat by LSU, lost to DUKE, barely beat a 5 - 7 fsu team by 1 point, and got steamrolled by 32 points by Wisconsin, is suddenly this "contender" this year with new coaches, systems, and an inexperienced freshman QB.
I say we jump on Miami early, put over 200 rush yards on them, and crush them by the time the final whistle is blown.
Get ready to rumble!!!
Its going to look like the beat down Thanos gave the Hulk...
