Guy's, I've checked several sources and I can not find any information on a Spring Game for the Vanderbilt Commodores. If it is announced later, then I'll update Post #1 with the information.

Also, with the exception of Kentucky, all Spring Games will be played on a Saturday. The Wildcats will play their Spring Game on Friday the 13th in April.

Yeah I know. I did it just to see if anyone paid attention to what I had posted. You were the first to notice, 13 hours after it had been posted⛱

Thanks Ray - I had forgotten the date for the Orange & Blue game and came straight to this thread for help. You’re a fountain of really useful and helpful information. Many thanks for the trouble you go through to keep us informed

Vanderbilt football will be the only SEC team without a televised spring football game, just as it was last year.

Why is that? Because Commodores coach Derek Mason prefers a spring showcase rather than a spring game. And the ESPN family of networks will only be airing traditional spring games.

According to ESPN's programming guide, 13 of the 14 SEC schools will play their spring games on ESPN, ESPNU or SEC Network. Vanderbilt is the only one left out.

Vanderbilt spokesman Kyle Parkinson confirmed that the Commodores will play a spring showcase rather than a spring game for the second straight year. Vanderbilt released its spring practice plans with only a “scrimmage” and “post-scrimmage autograph session with Vanderbilt players” scheduled for Saturday, March 25, at 10 a.m., at Vanderbilt Stadium.

A Vanderbilt athletic communications spokesman confirmed that the scrimmage, which will be open to fans and free of charge, will not be called a Black & Gold Game, which has been the term used for years to designate the spring game.
