We are essentially doing this all without Noah Locke, who was the best of the 3 FR the 1st half of the year.

The bench has thinned out...they are logging heavy minutes so I think they will have heavy legs tomorrow and can't imagine what a Sunday game would look like.

So true, Locke has not been himself at all since the hip injury, but keeps fighting through it to give the team some minutes.

Yes. He's totally engaged on bench. He'll likely need of season surgery I've been told

It has been a while. Wonder if he's a transfer candidate next year, or if he would have already had to announce.

He can and likely will leave this off season. He was VERY close to leaving last off season Fwiw. Had a few goid games early but that was an anomaly. He won't play Next season if he stays

Speaking of tidbits, after watching the postgame presser it's easy to forget that our starting PG is the same height as our starting PF (6'5). Both play very different styles, yet each one just as important to the success of the team. Agree we'd be even better if Locke was at 100%.

Sad because he seems to have alot of potential, esp on offense. But I guess he doesn't get it on defense or something. I've been surprised at his disappearance.

I thought for sure this would be about Mike’s suit.

    Interesting....

I'm surprised it's gone on this long without even a sniff of the reasoning.

Yeah, I'm a Ballard fan - so much athleticism and potential. He made strides with shot selection and being out of control this year, but still a ways to go.

The difference between the two halves today was all about attacking on offense. Way too much standing around in the first. Halftime coaching fixed it and made for more open looks.

Just needs to slow down offensively. Doesn’t always have to make something happen. Play within the offense.

I switch now to a live interview with Deaundrae Ballard.

NN: What are some things that can happen once you've been passed the ball.

    DB: Shoot immediately.

NN: Any other things that can happen?

    DB: Hmm...let me think...turnover?
