I totally agree @paidinfull—I’ve only known/seen pitchers throw a ball out when it feels slick or they don’t like the seams. Never a scuffed ball....
I would have to have a meeting with Luke about how quickly he throws baseballs out of the game that hit the dirt when the umpire doesn’t even look...
