      Hey Bill. You know I am a fiscal conservative. But one area for reform is the stepped up basis when a parent dies. Taxes should be paid on the original value when the asset is sold. Thoughts?

        I see no reason what so ever for a persons estate to be taxed- my parents worked their asses off to build a nice empire one that my brother 2 sisters and myself had to dismantle to pay the estate taxes on- my parents bought the property with after tax dollars- I am totally opposed to estate taxes
