On the other hand, Netanyahu comes here all the time, without much fuss

I'd guess that over 90% of the people of Crimea, eastern and southeastern Ukraine want to be part of Russia.

    Why won't you let them?

Obama overthrew the democratically elected president of Ukraine in 2014. Then the Russian-speaking population in eastern Ukraine was oppressed and 10-35K killed.

The Kosovo precedent: The Muslim-dominated Serbian province of Kosovo voted for independence and Clinton bombed Belgrade for 78 days until Russia's "little brother" Serbia gave it up.

So it was the US that set the precedent for Russia to invade Ukraine under Article 51 of the UN Charter

George Soros made a large percentage of his money by plundering Russia's resources in the 1990's. He wanted to rape Russia again. Do you think he had nothing to do with the overthrow of the Ukrainian president in 2014? Ukraine was to be used to destabilize Russia. It was a stupid plan.

As the Swiss geopolitical analyst Jacques Baud (who worked for NATO) has noted, NATO wanted Putin deposed and they wanted Russia split into 17-32 different countries (depending on which plan).

Greg Copley and I discussed the Kosovo precedent on April 15, 2013 (2:44 PM to 2:48 PM on a call that lasted 4 minutes and 6 seconds) with regard to the American southwest (I saved the phone, the call is logged). What if Hispanics voted to make the US Southwest part of Mexico? According to the Kosovo precedent, Russia could have bombed Washington DC until the US gave up its southwestern territory.

In Ukraine, Russia is simply getting back territories that are historically Russian.

I am not apologizing for Netanyahu, but there is a difference.

I think I just acknowledged the difference. But the fact is that we let a guy charged by the ICC with war crimes come here and speak to congress and meet the president on friendly terms. But that is treated as mostly normal. But hey its normal for us to disregard the ICC because the US loves it war criminals that happen to be client states or Americans themselves.
