Update for Movie suggestions

I like basketball, but if it doesnt involve the Magic or Gators, I rarely watch random basketball games unless its March madness or NBA playoffs.

 

Went to see Weapons this weekend. It was very good. Not as shocking as Barbarians but pretty funny in parts and kept you interested the whole way through. Only really gory part was towards the end. Good story, had an interesting mystery that slowly revealed itself.

 

Not a movie but I recently watched series "The Pitt" and struggled not to stay up later to start new episodes. Since then, I've begun watching ER since I never watched that show and am already in the medical rabbit hole.

Been on a horror/psychological kick lately Martyrs
Heretic
Sinners
Are good choices.

 

Is Martyrs tough to stomach? I haven't ventured much into those 2000s French ultraviolent horror / revenge / torture porn films, like Irreversible.

 

Yes it can get a bit much but it is one of those movies that makes you sit there after it is over and I guess "decompress"
