This is exactly what I thought. Not only would he have been paid more, but he would have had gotten a more conventional NBA audition tape made at UNC. Guys and gals, this young man sees the big picture and he wants to be a part of history. Methinks his second year jump is going to be Superman-like. As long as he hears what Todd and Associates is saying to him. This is not a jinx but Kugel never did, both here or at Miss State.

If he can parlay playing a UF into a lottery pick next year, the NIL money he left on the table will be chump change. The kid truly sees the big picture and that could/should pay dividends for us next year. Also proves he's not a mercenary (just lookg for a payout).

This is the first I've heard of him being injured.

Hopefully it’s nothing that will linger. We need him full-on go for our back-to-back quest!

Boogie has has a new vid posted on YouTube. He says he's put on 13 pounds of muscle since arriving on campus. That's good news; he played at 175 pounds at Arky, so this would put him at 188 pounds, which will make him physically better for the SEC. He has acknowledged that finishing at the rim was a weakness last season.
In Xaivian's video (longer and more excruciatingly boring that Boogie's), he also clearly has added muscle since arriving.
He says it's an injury that he had since before even playing for Arkansas, but was unaware of. An MRI in Gainesville revealed it, and now it's repaired and fully healed.

To be fair, this will probably be Hubert Davis' last year at UNC. Hope they keep their eyes off our TG.
