Nobel peace prize is important for trump. He’s all about the 70s & 80s and the peace prize carried more gravitas then. Trump admin is now openly asking for him to win it - which is all bizarre. But if he can successfully move countries to peace (that Ukraine can accept) give it to him. It’s just too bad they award it oct vs say early next year. A carrot to keep him earnestly pushing for peace.

 

Doesn't sound like Trump ended the war like he said he would do on day 1.

 

But, Trump did end the war in Afghanistan in 2020 by surrendering and then blaming it on Biden.
