Maybe you should stop digging. But if you must continue, can you tell me what the dilemma that you want to effectuate is?

And another awesome idea: Shut down and remove funding for the Chemical Safety Hazard Investigation Board (CSB). It was established in 1998 by Congress and funded through congressional budget to investigate and report on chemical accidents. They report to Congress, not to the Executive. But the Bad Boy Bill has excluded them from the budget.

Why it matters: A Steel plant explosion in Pennsylvania today, Biofuel factory explosion in Nebraska two weeks ago, Gas leak / chemical release in Ohio mid-June just to name the most recent.
The CSB sends trained investigators to analyze these incidents and make recommendations. They are not a regulatory agency.

The closure of this agency will save a whopping 14 million from the budget. Should make all of us feel sooooo much safer.

    More winning.
For the wealthier among us. And before the inevitable “don’t be bitter at the wealthy” response, I’m in the group that gains the most. I’m still not cool with it. In the long run, a two tiered society helps no one, including the people benfitting Joe.
Also, over under before someone's at the CBO gets in trouble for daring to show this?

Does this analysis accurately consider (exclude) the impact on lower income populations resulting from reductions in means-tested transfers that represent elimination of fraud and waste in those programs? The elimination of improper payments does not reduce the value of such transfers to any recipients ….. except those receiving more than the should via fraud or errors in the systems generating such transfers.

Another win. Trump has removed all paintings of recent former presidents from public viewing areas of the White House. Apparently he does not want to be reminded of all of the presidents whose shoes he can't fill, or who are smarter than he is. Trump has been described as a "small man" who needs to "hide from history's giants". I sure hope Trump's gold heightening shoes come in from China, so he doesn't have to be so insecure, and he can spend more time worrying about his incompetence.
