DOJ opens grand jury investigation into NY AG Leticia James tied to Trump civil cases

If she did something illegal, she should be held accountable… see… its not that hard to say, Trumpers….

 

Definitely. Im old enough to remember when this lady enacted a criminal conspiracy to overturn an election. And got indicted by multiple grand juries for it. She sure is very very bad!

Oh wait, that's the criminal that you cast a presidential vote for, LOL. Must feel good.

 

Leticia James is being prosecuted by Trump's DOJ because she held the Donald accountable for fraudulent valuation of properties. He tried to undervalue them for tax purposes and overvalue them when he attempted to use the same properties as collateral for loans and was found civilly liable for fraud. The case is currently under appeal and while there is a real possibility that the appellate court could reduce the amount of damages it's unlikely that verdict will be overturned.
