    How will anyone know about how I make my living making smart bets since I'm a certified genius? Like this one:

    So a few years back, I found myself in this surreal whirlwind involving Marisa Miller—yes, that Marisa Miller, Victoria’s Secret, SI cover, all of it. Long story short, one thing led to another and we ended up spending a long weekend together in Aspen. Somewhere between champagne in the hot tub and snowmobiling in nothing but fur boots, she swore—dead serious—that giraffes don’t sleep. I told her she was out of her damn mind, she doubled down, and I bet her $2 million right there on the spot. She laughed, shook on it, and said, “You’re gonna regret this.” Fast forward a week—she Googled it, saw the truth (they sleep, just weirdly), and wired the money without blinking. Said it was the most expensive science lesson she ever paid for.

    Or DJ throws a touchdown that bounced off a cornerback’s hands. On those hands were gloves made in America, and they were more expensive and worse quality. If the cornerback was wearing Chinese gloves it’d be an interception. Hence DJ scored a TD because of tariffs.
