it’s a dumb tweet and glad they deleted. I’ve said it before, the Dems need to create a calculator and post it all over the internet — help Americans do their math and how Dem policies will help them.

OT: These clowns on the Dems Twitter feed pump anti-Trump garbage all day instead of some policy… one tweet out of many as a policy. Sigh…

It is a “we know why” thing because inflation was global, and we know of the supply chain issues (particularly out of China), but also domestic issues, like trucking shortages, which caused it.

There were only a handful of countries that did better on inflation than the United States, Japan for instance avoided having to even do domestic fiscal stimulus. As I recall Japan handled it well at the very start, probably at some level due to strong social disciplines, but nevertheless they eventually got hit by a later “1st wave” than most other countries. Olympic Games even in summer of ‘21 were almost cancelled by Japan and played in front of no fans (whereas many sports around the world resumed having fans by that point). Still, in the end that “handling it well” from the start is likely what paid dividends for them. They had a much lower death rate than U.S. by multiples.

Well, on Twitter they are speaking to meme brained morons. So if that’s what that account does, i guess you could say they know the audience. It has to be in the form of a picture, and direct to a point. That minimum wage one at least seems effective enough. Posting memes that are easily debunked or undermined is a bad look whoever does it.

Where on the graph does it show it’s heading down? Democrats cannot read their own graph? Now this makes even more sense.

yep, if they think the minimum wage should be raised then they should have raised it when they had a chance

exactly. voted through the House. Died in the Senate. Here’s the roll call…

“Democratic Sens. Joe Manchin of West Virginia, Jon Tester of Montana, Jeanne Shaheen of New Hampshire, Kyrsten Sinema of Arizona and Maggie Hassan of New Hampshire voted against proceeding, though the tally remains open. So did two close Biden allies, Chris Coons and Tom Carper of Delaware. Sen. Angus King (I-Maine), who caucuses with the Senate Democrats, also opposed it.”

I watched it go down from 9.5% to 2.4% when Biden left. Last I saw it was 2.7% at the end of June. Simple math not taught at trump university.

Please show me. The graph created by Democrats does not show that. Inflation was 3% when Biden left office. Another Democrat in denial making things up again.

I see what you are saying, it went from 2.7 to 3% by Jan 2025. Is this your point? Maybe because it was the anticipation of trump coming into office. :p

so they voted in 1 year out of how many that the wages have been stuck? They should be putting this up for vote every year if they are going to complain

Hasn’t early 2020s inflation been discussed ad nauseam? It was a global phenomenon and COVID was the primary driver.

That’s right. And a strong arm Dem President needs to threaten to primary all the scared little DINO Senators who kowtow to special interests.

Perhaps the states need to raise their wages. Most states are above the federal rate but some arent

No sugar coating this one Jo Jo. This tweet, which the Democrats quickly deleted, is as embarrassing as some of Trump’s tweets and a lot of your posts.

What do you think is more embarrassing, a dumb tweet by some Democratic operative you've never heard of, or Trump saying he's going to bring drug prices down by 1500%? Trump says stuff like that on a daily basis.
