To be fair to Scotland's criminals, I don't think that any of them have committed nearly as many felonies or rapes as Trump. Scotland may regret only using 5,000 police personnel to keep an eye on Trump. Hopefully, they have their best district attorneys assigned to Trump as well, and a large prison cell on standby. Hopefully, that prison cell will have a window overlooking a large "windmill".
